60's silk duping dress
1960's Ice Blue Silk Dupioni Custom Dress by Estelle Allardale of Beverly Hills, custom tailor to Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe.
The condition of this piece is amazing. It was well preserved but a little damage found its way to the blue silk lining at the bottom
There are a few tiny tears at the seam where the nude netting at the neck and upper back meets the fabric.
Please use great care while wearing, or even better, replace the netting.
Fully lined in blue silk, her beading is exquisite with no missing pieces.
The raw silk is in impeccable shape with no stains or fading and the fluted hem is so good.
