If your purchase has not met your expectations please notify us within 7 days of delivery of your item by emailing email@example.com with the reason for your return.
Depending on the seller's policy, we may be able to authorize and facilitate a return. We allow sellers to handle returns as they wish.
If the seller accepts returns, we will contact you to initiate your return within the time frame specified by the seller. Returns will not be accommodated outside of the specified time frame.
Once the seller receives the item, they have 2 days to inspect it and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was sold. When we get that confirmation, we will process your refund. It typically takes 7 to 14 days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and credit your account. Note, any initial shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
